The Florida Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine (FITCM) was founded and licensed in 1986. Since that time, we have expanded our program and have graduated many successful practitioners of Oriental Medicine. Our graduates have established successful practices and have assumed many roles of leadership in national and state organizations and boards. We are very proud of our school and our tradition. |

We have two locations in the Tampa Bay area. The campus includes classrooms, herbal pharmacies, and on-site treatment clinics. |

The curriculum is a comprehensive curriculum which covers acupuncture, Tui-Na massage, and herbology in an academic program of 2082 hours. In addition, students practice their skills in our student clinics for a minimum of 800 hours. |

We offer full time day programs and evening/weekend programs to accommodate the work schedules of our students. Financial aid is also available to those who are qualified. |

The professional diploma program in Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Florida Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM), which is the recognized accrediting agency for the approval of programs preparing acupuncture and Oriental medicine practitioners.
